How do I delete my account?

Open the Nexsyna app, go to your Profile tab, tap the gear icon (Settings), then tap "Delete account." This permanently removes all your data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Nexsyna, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain premium access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I block or report a user?

In a chat, tap the menu icon in the top right and choose "Block & Report" or "Unmatch." On a profile card in Discover, tap the "..." menu. We review all reports within 24 hours.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email address. We will send you a reset link. In the app, you can also go to Settings and tap "Reset Password."

My account was suspended. What do I do?

If you believe your account was suspended in error, email us at support@nexsyna.com with your account email address and a brief description of the situation. We review all appeals.

Safety concerns

If you encounter abusive, harassing, or inappropriate content, use the Report button inside the app (available on profiles and in chat). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, contact us directly at support@nexsyna.com.
